And we are in SAD shape! Out of all the other warehouses in the company, we are dead last! Doesn't that mean that the hispanics working there aren't getting the job done, and that the company should MAYBE, try some diversity, as far as who they hire? Maybe putting some more Blacks, Whites, and Asians into the mix might produce better results? The company has always claimed diversity. Why can't it practice what it preaches?

Well, hispanics are usually known to be good workers. Are there enough people to carry out the job duties, or maybe some aren't trained as good as the other workers.

Unless you know the races of everyone in all the other warehouses, I don't think it's fair to assume that you are doing poorly because so many people who work there are hispanic. That's racist. There are many things that could have caused the problem. I've known many hispanics that are very hard workers.

I am sorry to tell you, diversity shouldn't be only in races....cultures, languages, opinions, etc. Anyways, what you need are good workers, not Asian workers, or black, etc. Shame people base things only on looks...
