I love real fake ones are evil cuz there too round and some got vains and some are discolord and hard natural one are nice a girl or woman should be all natural nothing done except if the girl/woman really needs fake ones i prefer natural. small medium large exlarge natural way all the way!

Real, of course. Blow up dolls have fake boobs. Guys who live in a visual world may say fake but when you know what is the point? If women have small boobs, they only need to dress in style to compliment the boobs. Now comes the jokes from the others.
