Omar Vizquel also committed 3 errors back in 2000. He has committed only 4 this year (at 39).
He owns the highest lifetime fielding percentage of any shortstop, and has won 10 Gold Gloves (11th with the one he'll win this year), second only to Ozzie Smith. I also believe he's the only shortstop ever to win Gold Gloves in each league.
When he retires, he will most certainly own many of the all time records for a shortstop.
A future Hall of Famer.

I think the best percentage in history will probably be derek jeter. but 150 games is way to low for games do about 5 years. but to answer your question david eckstine. or juan uribe from the chicago whitesox!
