Look under the hood near the belts. The power steering pump should run off of one of those belts. Or may run off the same belt as everything else.
Look at the pulleys. The power steering pump will be attached to one of them. The power steering one is the one that has a little tank attached to it. On top of this tank is a cap. Unscrew the cap about 1/4 of a turn or less to remove it. There will be a dipstick attached to the cap which might also have the type transmission fluid stamped on it.
Do this with the car turned off of course. This is where you put the power steering fluid.

On some of the grand prix cars the power steering reservoir is on the belt side of the engine at the back of the engine by the firewall and is hard to see. make sure the car is not running and the engine is cold and reach down between the engine and firewall and you should feel the filler cap.
