I dont know when the new jersey will come out. To me changing a number will not change how he plays. He will still be the Kobe that we know even though it will be very strange to see 24 instead of 8. The number 8 has been good to him and hope that 24 will just be as good as 8.

Kobe always gets better it seems. He is getting older but still a few more years of getting better I think. Don't know about his jersey though. I got a few.

He is getting smarter every year, last year was his breakout offensive year, this year he will score less points probably but he will make his teammates better. And you never know, he is one of the few players that if he is in a zone, its over, cant stop him. Kobe will be better this year because he will make the lakers a contender even if he doensnt score 35 a game.

Honestly, who cares? The guy is a "me first" player. Until he can win a championship w/o Shaq, sorry, go ahead and score 81 every so often. It matters squat.
The rule proof of a great player is to make those around you better.
Honestly, I think he can make the Lakers better but he reverted to form in Game 7 vs. Phx so I have my doubts.

it until he's around 33. So, as good as he is right now, we still have yet to see this Phenom explode.
