Do you think its right that...

When a humane eats an animal its ok...

But when an animal eats a humane it gets killed or put in cages?

I dont think its fair we murder over 1000000 chickens a year but a tiger or somthing can only have 1 or 2 humanes then most likley gets killed for that... :(

Its sad.

well there is a bit of a difference there. Chickens and tigers against humans. u dont see any chickens going out and killing a human on revenge :) and it is against the law to kill a tiger in most places so it is kinda equal there. But I have never had to deal with that situation since i live in the middle of the United States :)

maybe a lion that kills a gazelle should be put to death too. never mind it's a carnivore and it was hungry. if a gazelle killed a lion it might well end up dinner for another lion eventually. some animals are meant to be food, other animals are meant to eat them.

just killing an animal for the sake of killing it, without intending to eat it, is wrong and people who do that usually do get punished if they get caught. if a bear or tiger or whatever kills a human it's not with the intention of eating it because it's hungry. humans supposedly are not very appetising to wild animals which is why they don't have us for dinner regularly. those animals that kill humans should not be given the opportunity to repeat it.

there are people trying to protect animals from other people but there aren't too many animals trying to protect people from other animals. if we weren't meant to eat animals our digestive systems would not have developed in a way that allows it. humans are omnivores, meaning humans eat plants and animals. we could all choose to never eat or use animal products but that would truly be in nobody's best interest. the food chain is what it is so that nature (supposedly) will stay in balance.

people who use other animal products, such as fur, aren't necessarily heartless animal hating killers. some of them would rather see all parts of a dead animal being used than to see any part of it being wasted so that animal did not die in vain. i think people who kill animals only for their fur (or tusks or whatever) without using the animal for food are pretty heartless.

by the way, not as if it matters or anything, but i'm a vegetarian. i don't advocate killing animals, but i also don't judge people who eat them, nor do i think they should be punished for it. i choose to be a vegetarian and i know i would be healthier if i would eat some meat. i just don't like the way it tastes. i'm not going to get all morally and ethically judgmental about other people's choices and i suggest you don't either. unless they're murdering your family pets, i don't think you should judge.

Humans are higher on the food chain. And I do not agree that in all instances animals should be killed because of an attack on a human, half of the time we invite or provoke the attack. Never the less animals are an excellent source of protein.

1st it's human 2nd no thats not b/c the animal is only protecting it's self and we are feeding our self. we should not kill a animal for protecting it self or it's young. and we dont murder the chicken

Well, it is a bit sad, but it is also survival of the fittest. It is also your choice to eat the chickens or not...so don't eat 'em!

My grandfather was killed by a chicken and was a vegetarian. So I find this question deeply offensive

One of the reasons I can't sleep at night. And you see murderers in prison, with televisions and arts and crafts.
It's a sick world we live in.

It's called survival of the fittest.

They aren't SMART ENOUGH to hunt US down for eating them.

Food chain, baby... Food chain.
