It depends on why you're changing it. For a trip to France recently, my boyfriend changed the name on his ticket for free because the original name didn't match his name on his passport. But if you're trying to change it to a different person's name, espeically on a nonrefundable ticket, you probably won't be able to.

Do you mean a plane ticket? I don't think so. But as far as a planet ticket don't know where to even get one.

yo can change the name on a ticket but there will be a charge

The best is when you would call you`r Travel-Agency and check that out.By some Airlines you can change the name but it cost money.
