They're on gamefaqs.com. And the junkman parts are easter eggs, not cheats. just enter in the code, and you unlock the Burger King challenge. Complete the challenge and you got the junkman parts. You must know that the junkman parts can't be used in story mode. Only in multiplayer custom cars.
