eBay and Amazon sell cables that have a Centronics connector on one end, and a USB plug on the other.
However, just because you can physically connect the devices does not mean they will work. Your printer MUST be able to recognize signals from the USB. generally if the printer is new , this is not a problem.
I had the same issue with a very old laser printer from the 1990's, which was not USB compatible ( USB did not exist back then ), so even after I bought the cable it did not work.
I has to buy a PCI parallel port board for about $12, installed it into the computer, and it worked like a charm with the conventional cable.

Buy LPT to USB cable converter. Amazon has one at http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/search-handle-url/index=blended&field-keywords=usb%20to%20parallel%20cable&results-process=default&dispatch=search/ref=pd_sl_aw_tops-1_blended_14187402_1&results-process=default?tag2=amd-google-20
