I had an ultrasound the other day and the doc said the baby's heartrate was 91 and on the low side.I'm scheduled to go back Tuesday for a follow up ultrasound.Still kind of concerned about the heartrate being low also.

Get to the dr. NOW!! It could be something with the baby or it could be your appendix. You need to get to the dr asap!!!

It could be a few things, but it depends on your medical care. Have you been to the gyn yet? If so they will have checked for ectopic pregnancy. If not, you should call your doc and let them know what you are experiencing. Lots of things are on your right hand side like appendixes and fallopian tubes(both sides). It could also be the ligaments in your uterus stretching because the umbilical cord/ placenta is holding the weight of the new baby on your right side. Either way contact your doc, so you don't have to worry.

Sharp, but mild or moderate pains are normal as are achey pains and menstrual like cramping. If you are experience shar, stabbing pains that are moderate to severe, you need to page, not wait, to call your doctor, or just go into the ER so an ultrasound can be done to rule out ectopic pregnancy and appendicitis. Unfortunately, 5 weeks is too early to see a heartbeat usually...that's not seen until closer to 6 weeks.

I had that when I was pregnant, they said it was just streching... and if you already had an ultrasound, then the dr should have been able to tell if it was ectopic...you are going to have all kinds of new pains throughout your pregnancy, its very normal....You should be fine, but if you are worried about it page your doc...Good luck :)

It's just your body making space for the baby.

The first stages of pregnancy are the worst... and the last part of pregancy... well... I will say no more at all - you wouldn't believe me anyway.

If you see blood, go see a dr.

Call the nurse at the emergency room and tell her the symptoms. It could be an ectopic pregnancy.

Give somebody a call just to make sure, if they say go get checked out then go but please call somebody, that way you can get a much needed (unless the tiredness hasn't kicked in yet!) decent nights sleep. Hope all is well...i'm sure it will be.
