i'm struggling with the same problem but i'm gonna say Browns. Corey Dillon is heatlhy and he always turns it up a notch every time he returns to CIN. He hates his former organization. Plus the Bengals can't stop the run and NE has 2capable RB's. The Bengals will win but it will be a good one.
Raiders do look horrable and all cleve has to do is show up and they will be ok. It should be a close game as well but i don't think the Raiders can put up as many points as NE can.
I'm thinking of starting SD over CIN but now i'm thinking of picking up the Browns D. Think of it this way if the Browns D is already on your roster when else are you gonna play them. This is the perfect matchup.

Cincy has a good defense but Cleveland is going up against probably the worst offense in the Raiders so go with the Browns.

Browns, because Cincy is clearly a better defense by stats, the Raiders absolutely SUCK!!!! Even the Texans and 49ers are doing better than them!!!! Even the Browns can stop them easily. In fact, I think the Browns will win by a score of 2-0.

Browns, as crummy as they are.
That OAK-CLE game will be a real Butt Bowl. With a rookie QB, a bad O-line, and a bed & breakfast operator for an offensive coordinator, Oakland will make many, many mistakes.
They have a grand total of 6 points for the year, and I don't expect Okland to score a TD yet.

Browns....both will have good weeks, but Oakland is god awful and Cleveland would be a better start.
