It is rather old. Around the 80's i think. Its about two canadian guys who say aye alot and at the end the guy pee's so much he puts out a fire.

it is definitely Strange Brew with Bob and Doug MacKenzie (Rick Moranis and Dave Thomas).
I love this movie..it is so campy and sooo Canadian!!!!
