I am an awful sewer, but I know the VERY basics. I have white paper, markers, felt and material. I can get some items. But overall I just need help on making it. Unless someone will sell it to me?

"Cut out a three-inch-wide strip of white fabric that fits around wearer's head. Cut out a circle of white fabric about six inches wide and sew the strip to the circle to form a hat. Draw stripes on hat with black marker."
