Sounds like a bunch of crap to me. Can you tell, I have had the same day. I work my butt off all week and now I'm so tired and hurt all over that I don't want to do anything but lay on the couch and channel flip. I want FUN. I'm sick of being depressed and tired. One of my friend told me my problem was I had used up all my good times. No one told me we were only aloud so many. Otherwise I wouldn't have used them all up when I was younger. But looking back they were great wild and fun times. Not a care in the world. What a blast. So I guess I'll try to think of them in between channel flipping. Oh by the way don't drink because that will just make you feel like s**t tomorrow. Good luck I hope this helped alittle.

Here is my 5 step rule
1) Kick anybody out of the living room, or the bed room if you have a TV there
2) Raid the fridge for all your yummy foods, mine is choco icecream, so raid the freezer too, don't forget the wine aswell
3) Get the best video/dvd you have and put it in the machine
4) grab blanket
5) press play
Guarenteed cure for all blue, had a day like that yesterday and used my backup plan of
1) Hid myself in my quite bedroom
2) Grabbed a book and put some music on
3) grabbed a blanket
4) Curled up on the sofa chair in my room
5) Ignored all and allowed myself to be swept up by the book

I hate that - the sensation that the day became into long and on the top this darkish shadow drops down on you like somebody hit a change, and you ask your self why life hurts at situations. Yep, been there. the only element i can declare is that the following day is a clean initiating, according to probability some thing magnificent or thrilling will ensue to you. Peaks and valleys - in specific circumstances you're on the genuine then slide good down right into a valley - guy i hate it whilst that happens!! desire the following day would be extra valuable for you.

I feel a song and dance coming on - "the sun will come out tomorrow" lalalalalalala etc. No seriously now, find the song "sexyback" by Justin Timberlake on the net somewhere (I don't know where - just find it), play it really loud if you can (or on earphones if u can't) then shake your booty! Don't know man, really worked for me yesterday after I was sobbing for hours for no apparent reason. I felt sooooo much better.

Do something that will make you feel better! What do you do that makes you feel happy - could be baking cookies or watching trashy movies or karaoke or a long walk - it doesn't matter what it is, but doing something to put a smile on your face will help. Really!

whatever happened today is over, and regardless of how many times they knock you down, you'll go home, recharge, and get ready for another day. and the reason? because that will be what stands you apart from all the other quitters out there

nap, then a beer and some good chinese food (peking duck) might help. Or perhaps some Korean Resturant Squid. (oh that is just me, perhaps you want a steak)
long term .. it sounds like you are bumbed a bit. my trouble too. try to un-bumb and find something that is inspirational. Hard, I haven't managed it.
good hunting.
