Driver's license. Can you believe it? I cannot get myself geared up to face the road test or someone sitting across the front seat checking on everything I do (or forget to do). I think it is probably fear. But it is also not wanting to knowingy put myself into a situation where I might be humiliated. Or judged. To many of you, this will seem so petty. But if you are hung up about something, sense goes out the window. I have been working very carefully, to change my attitude and understanding of the whole thing andI realize it is important not to be so darned hung up on outcome. Just go take the test and if you pass, fine, and if you don't take it again later, problem solved. Relax. I know all that in words, but I am still stuck translating what I know into what I must do. Thanks for giving me yet one more opportunity to face into it again, if only in words, at least I am consciously processing the importance of getting it. Best to you, Chris in South Portland, Maine, U.S.A. (I am 63 years old.)

Spiders!
I know it's pathetic and they're probably just as scared of me but every time I see one I turn into a hysterical lunatic! Pitiful, not to mention embarrassing in public. Ugh!
And now I've thought of them I can't concentrate cos I'm SURE there's one lurking really close! Gotta go now!!!

Nope. I put my trust in the Lord and He watches over me to protect me. I have no fears of the future. I know things will work out as they are supposed to work out.

Nope. Why be afraid? Is life so pitiable that we fear losing it?
