Doesn't it depend on how you pronounce the word.
Phonetically, the "a" should, according to the dictionary, be pronounced with a short "i" as in win.
To rhyme with orange one would have to use two words, e.g. or and hinge. or hinge. I know many people who drop the "h" sound at the beginning of words and no-one can say they are not speaking English. The result might sound slightly different to the speaker, but I doubt whether the listener would be able to tell the difference. I'm not totally convinced myself by my own argument, but at least it's got some people repeating or-(h)inge and orange to themselves.

This is an instance where you might have to break the word up, which is usually pronounced with one long syllable (in this case) into two, for instance:

(Oh-runge) or (Or-unge)

When pronounced this way, one can find many words that rhyme with it for instance:

Sponge
Lunge
Expunge

To make the syllables match you could use an article adjective. Compare:

O-range
A sponge

OR

Or-ange
A lunge

There are many more to be discovered!

Isn't rhyming fun? :)

Ok, since people are attacking me, i'm making an edit. People who make aboslute negative statements have NO imagination. (and/or didn't even bother reading my whole post) In Poetry you are given something called poetic license, you are permitted to make small changes in words to fit your needs. Pronounced (Or-UNge) it can work, as there are many words that rhyme with the second syllable, unge. All you have to do is fill the first syllable and it is a type of rhyme... most certainly it is.

"With a lunge, I caught the Orange (Or-UNge)"

It works!

Think positive, people!
