Reset the router. Some where on the router usually in the front there is a small hole that if you push a pin through it it will reset the router to factory default.

hit the reset button on the back of the router to put it back to factory defaults and don't put port forwarding on the router's IP.

Yes you can get it back, Start-Run-Type CMD-and enter configip/all and enter and see how many packets received back.and hope you are done.
