There is this girl I see in the halls of my high school.I see her everyday when I am going to my 5th period class. I do not know her name. We are not in any classes together and I don't know if she is in the 11th grade as me or in 12th grade. I think she is cute. I want to talk to her and try to become friends but I am not sure what I should do. Should I talk to her or not talk to her at all. What do you think I should do?

Oh so cute of a question!...Don't be shy to approach someone just cause u r afraid of the outcome...or of their reaction...try to approach and make some conversation, u can approach and ask her about a certain period, class or school activity then get it going from there..., give it it a try so there are no regrets of not doing anything at all later... Listen to your friends, they are giving you good advice. Go and talk to her. Find an opportunity to cross her path and ask if she would like to meet you after school. Why? Just to talk and get to know one another. If she's interested, she'll agree. If not, you need to find another love interest.

Dude, if you don't talk to her, what are your other options? Follow her around and hope she turns in your direction and is close enough to you to speak?? I think if you want to be friends with someone, talking is the first thing to do.
