You should do whats in your heart. I don't really worry about an age difference although this particular age difference is against the law.
If you are mutually in love, then have the relationship. If its just sex, then its just against the law and you shouldn't do it.
I happen to be in a relationship with a man that is the same age as my father, but I am an adult. Not under age. We love each other and have a wonderful relationship. So if its the amount of age between you guys that's bothering you, then it shouldn't, if your in love with each other.
If its just a sex thing, let it go. He has a family and your keeping yourself from finding that guy in the world who will love you more than anything in the world. don't let him take that from you.

Yes, definitely end it. Don't feel nasty, just end it. Not for the sake that he's not being true to his wife and kids, just for your own sake. A 39yo and a 16yo are in NO WAY compatible emotionally or sexually.
Also, he should know better, its very, very illegal, he will get caught, and he will go to jail for a long time.
Run away from this and fast. If you can't get away, or you feel threatened in any way, ask an adult you trust for help. They won't judge you, they will help you.

You might want to check out the statutory rape laws in your area, as his wife and kids might just be visiting him in prison sometime soon. Then he can have all the boyfriends he wants.

I'd get out of it...if he's scwing around on his wife and kids..chances are he's scring aroung on you as well...doesn't sound like such a nice character to me....obviously doesn't care if he takes any diseases back to his wife or to you or to anyone...nasty!! material.
