Okay lets just for a bit go with the real world answer to this. You go to jail your fellow prison mates find out your nuts and beat you up all the time. Or you get a good lawyer to find you a shrink that can prove your not mentally sound enough for normal jail and get time in a much safer environment. Now onto the not real answer for this or maybe real if you know enough about this stuff. Most true practitioners of witchcraft follow the Rule Of Three and would never do a sacrifice as it would bring about bad things in their own life. If you don't care about you own life make sure you know what it is you are giving this life force to. And do keep in mind that any thing that would want blood will more then likely not care about your pathetic human wants or needs so you would only be wasting your time in that endeavor. Good luck

Pray! Pray hard. First, you would be charged with attempted murder or murder depending upon whether the individual is dead or not. If convicted you could serve 20 years to life in prison with some 350lb. guy named "Bubba" who thinks you're cute and he may want to get it on with you. You won't be able to stop him though because he's bigger and he's the leader of one of the prison's gangs. These are examples of earth's punishments. Have you considered the punishments of the afterlife? Those punishments are much worse. Why would you even consider sacrificing anyone or anything?

You go to jail, and probably get the death sentence. Oh and you are a liar. My little sister is Wiccan (a witch) and the Wiccan religion does not believe in human sacrifice. Do some research before you state ridiculous things.
The Wiccan religion is a very peaceful one that worships the goddess earth. Wiccans' motto is "Harm None".

witchcraft isn't a problem..its not illegal..but sacrificing people..you might as well just plead guilty and spend the rest of your days practicing witchcraft in the comfort of your own cell!

Wicca, is nature based, pro life.
