which sims game would you recommend??

there are alot of them .. which one is the best .. and why??

Sims 2, I did manage to find the Sims 2 with Holiday Expansion pack in a video game store near here for $20, that is the original Sims 2 game plus the holiday expansion pack(I had my brother buy it for his Fiance). It saved him $20 dollars because the game here is $40.

There really is only 2 sims games, sims 1 and sims 2, if your computer can handle it definitly get the sims 2. Everything else is either an expansion pack or different packaging of how the game is sold.

The enjoyment level of the game depends on your own creativity and ability to have fun.

I sometimes spend hours just building houses, or sometimes just making new people or families.

So its a fun game, but its a simulation game so it will depend on how much time/effort you want to put into it for max enjoyment.

There is also alot of custom content many people have created for both of the games so no matter which one you get there is a good variety of things you can get for free to better the game.

i have only played the sims and the sims 2. There are multiple EXPANSION Packs for the games that just adds more features to the sims or sims 2, so there aren't that many games. When i had the sims i added on hot date, house party, and vacation. Vacation and House party wasn't worth it really. For the sims 2 all i added on was night life. The sims 2 is better in terms of graphics and fun since there are more features. Activities in the first sims seem to be repetitive. However the Sims 2 takes up a lot of memory space and has long loading times.

Sims 3 :) i began playing sims about 2 yrs in the past and it changed into sims 2 now im so addicted to sims! sims 2 is rlly sturdy yet in sims 3 you could do extra...and down the line youre probable gonna favor to finally end up procuring sims 3 anyhow after playing sims 2 yet to play any of the expansions , you want to position in the bottom sport first

The sims 2 is pretty cool. And they have like 2 or 3 expansion packs for it now. Its the best Sims because you get down right in their face instead of looking down on the house from 100 ft. It's also cool because they grow up from babies, go through their teen years and become adults and then elderly. They also die and experience an actual pregnancy period where they get fat and give birth.

The only draw back is if you have a pretty standard system with no video or ram upgrades, it wont run that well. I bought an NVidia 256MB 5500 overclocked video card and it runs great. I put out about 120 dollars after taxes on that.

they are coming out with a new sim game in october called Pets.

I can't wait till that one comes out.

I have all of the sim games and stuff and expansion packs except for the holiday pack.

I like them all. Open for Business is pretty fun because you can make a business and have other sims visit the store. University is fun but it's not as fun because the sims are only there for a short time. The game is really what you make of it, there are so many things to do with the game.

There's actually only two sims games.

The Sims & The Sims 2

All those other one's you refer to are expansion packs for the original games.

The Sims expansion packs are - Hot date, pets, holiday, making magic, superstar

The SIms 2 expansion packs are - University, nightlife and open for business.

If your computer has enough power I recommend getting sims 2, as it's far superior to the original sims game and it's a lot more invovled.

Sims 2!! You can build your own houses, and decorate them, give your sims personalities, have a baby if you want, its fun, plus it has waay more options then first Sims.
