I would get her checked out at the vets to be on the safe side and keep her away from your other rats until she has been given the all clear.
Its only been an hour since you got her, so its no wonder that she isn't getting on with your other rats, she hasn't had time to adjust to her new home yet. I would recommend doing intros in a neutral territory, baths work best as they cant escape. Also use vanilla essence on their female bits to make them all smell the same, this helps them bond quicker.
In my experience, girls are more territorial than boys. My 3 girls from the same litter used to give me much more trouble than my 21 boys put together. Hardly any of my boys were/are from the same litter, yet they all got on fine.

Rats can be a little territorial, so you should introduce the new one in a neutral area (such as in the bathroom or on your couch, not in the cage). This is usually a problem with boy rats more than with girls.

She may have a respiratory problem. This is kind of a frequent problem, especially if the pet store hasn't been taking care of them well. Petco often sells sick rats. You'll probably want to take her to a vet just to be sure, because you wouldn't want her infecting your other rats. Usually you can get a prescription for Baytril or some similar antibiotic that will clear up the infection within a few days or a couple weeks. I used to feed it to my rats in food, like a small piece of bread or yogurt. Good luck!

I don't know much about rats...but is it possible that she has a respiratory problem? Maybe what you're hearing is a rat cough? Or a sneeze?

Probably a good idea for a checkup to check things out so she doesn't pass anything to the other rats.

And from what I understand, aren't rats only social within their own litter? Some rodents species are like that. I don't know if you can integrate her into the group or not.
Again, I don't know much about rats.

Is she in an enclosure by herself? I bet she's making 'get away from me' sounds.
