all are good .There was a test in New York about Five or so years ago.They found in all the test cars that had regular grade oils verse synthetic oils that there was not noticeable difference in wear between engines when torn down for inspections.All these units had the recommended oil change interval.So in short if you use a good quality oil such as Havoline or mobile you should be fine.I have noticed in the past that Valvoline brand oil would developed sludge build up after prolonged use.Use the recommended oil viscosity in your owners manual based on the temperature you live in.

The best motor oil (for you) is the one that is listed under the warranty for your automobile. It is the oil the company, (that made your car) suggest you use for the best performance.

I would have to say anything that is full synthetic. Mobil 1, Torco, Amsoil, Havoline, Castrol, Royal Purple, etc., etc.
