I know this is a dumb question but what are your initials? Are they your first name and middle name or just middle name?

Your "initials" are all the first letters of all your names including your last name. So if you are a "Mr George W Bush", your initials are "GWB". If you have a third given name that is included too, so if you are a "Ms Katrina Megan Juliet Ryan" then your initials are "KMJR".

Don't worry about asking honest dumb questions, we all start dumb and learn gradually.

Depends on how people spells their name.
My mother uses her first name. maiden name then married name
I use my first name and married name. It all depends on the person.
