sometimes my uterus hurts but its not a servere pain it just hurts a little bit my breast is tender not the nipple part but the actual breast somebody pleeeeeaaassseee help me

What you feel in your belly button might be a hernia but it definitely is not your uterus. It's beyond me to determine how you can tell if it is your uterus or something else hurting but that could be a sign your period is about to start. It's not unusual to have stomach pain (gas/bloating) and tender breasts right before you start.

Your uterus isn't that high up. It is way down in your pelvis. Probably just hormones, but take a test to make sure.

if you are newly pregnant, you would NOT feel fluid behind your navel. A fetus would be much lower than that, and is so well protected you'd not feel liquid.
