try on a large field with simple poles, levels to keep them straight, rules to check the height, simple angle-measuring devices, and some bits of string, and you'll see that it is quite simple to draw geoglyphs (or the base of a pyramid, or whatever).
the problem is that there are now enough ignorant people around who didn't learn even the very basics of trigonometry in high school, and to these people it is pretty easy to say "look, drawings / pyramids / other, but they didn't have GPS at the time, so aliens must have helped".
please take a moment to consider all the big constructions of antiquity - they didn't have GPS, all they had were smart people and that worked just fine. Romans built some huge aqueducts that were perfectly engineered to within a few fractions of an inch over miles - that's way, way more impressive that any of the Nazca geoglyphs!

Silverbird and Antoine are both correct: the techniques for creating geoglyphs are not terribly difficult, even for people without modern tools: poles & strings for laying straight lines, water-filled tubes for keeping things level.
Wikipedia has this to say about geoglyphs:
"A geoglyph is a drawing on the ground (generally greater than 4 metres) or design produced on the ground, either by arranging clasts (stones, stone fragments, gravel or earth) to create a positive geoglyph (stone arrangement/alignment, petroform, earth mound) or by removing patinated clasts* (colored rocks) to expose unpatinated ground (negative geoglyph).
Some of the most famous negative geoglyphs are the Nazca Lines in Peru. Other areas with geoglyphs include Western Australia and parts of the Great Basin Desert in SW United States. Hill figures, turf mazes and the stone-lined labyrinths of Scandinavia, Iceland, Lappland and the former Soviet Union are types of geoglyph. The largest geoglyph is the Marree Man in South Australia." (link #1)
* The Nazca Lines lines were made by removing the iron oxide coated pebbles which cover the surface of the Nazca desert. When the gravel is removed, they contrast with the light-colored earth underneath.
There is an interesting article (link #2 )about a modern sculptor who has made several geoglyphs. The article does not discuss the technical aspects of this work.
There is also a very interesting piece on the Marree man, the world's largest geoglyph, at link #3, which did use a lot of modern technology, including satellite imaging & GPS receivers as well as bulldozers and other earthmoving equipment.

My father changed into an alcoholic there changed into many nights the position I prayed for each little thing to get extra ideal . My mom my brother and me left with in structure situations and lived at my grandmothers. ultimately my mom were given a job(s) and changed into waiting to through a house for us flow again to college to earn a level. She worked 3 jobs at the same time as going to college and practically felt like quitting yet in some unspecified time sooner or later she changed into getting something to devour and the human beings behind her were having a non secular communicate about how God has a plan for anybody it really is only no longer continually worry-free and also you should paintings flat out to get there. She felt like that turned right into an answer to her prayers and she or he finished college. She now owns her own company and my brother is going to school. Hadn't each little thing worked out like that existence will be completely diverse.

If I was you, which I am not, I would rent a surveying instrument and data collector and stake out my drawing from coordinates designed by autoCad. It will take a little bit of practice, but you could do it easily and it would look fantastic from an aerial perspective.
