They already eat from my hands,but I want them to crawl into my hands .They are baby turtles.

Turtles are not puppies. It is not fair to them to expect them to want or to appreciate human contact. The poor things are scared to death of these giant things that stare at them and pick them up like they are going ot eat them, etc.
They are smart enough to recognize food sources- so getting them to come to you for food is rather simple.

Well you shouldn't put food in your hand because the turtle will bite you. the best way to do that is to just put your hand on the ground and let the turtle do what it wants. the babies will do what they want. Also since they are babies just hold them to get used to being held and then you will have better luck in getting them to crawl into your hand.

Gosh poke em with a stik!! No way!! Turtles are not sociable animals and hate people holding them they get stressed.

Turtles aren't generally lovey-dubby animals. If there's no food in your hands, there's no reason for them to come to your hands.
