My periods are very irregular. I get my periods every 2 or 3 months. how would i know i am ovulating?

Egg-white like mucous, take your BBT every morning to see if it spikes (like when you are ovulating) if you need to know more about BBT do a yahoo search and read into it. It's hard, but the best way to tell.

There are signs to look for around your ovulation time. Look for whitish/clearish sticky type discharge. Also, your basal body temperature will be higher so you could try charting your temperature. If these don't work for you, you could either consult a doctor or buy an ovulation detector kit. Even though you don't get periods every single month you could still be ovulating. A doctor could answer your question better than anyone.

U should go see a Doctor because u could have something called p.o.s thatz where ur body thinks its producing eggs but there actually empty. so either u will have ur period for months at a time because ur body is tryna correct the problem or u may not get ur period at all because ur not ovulating right so go see a Doctor and get tested

Buy one of those ovulation kits from walmart, you pee on a stick and it tells you if you are ovulating. They come 7 sticks to a box, so if you know roughly what week you ovulate around, it isn't too bad.

did you just start your period a little while ago? cuz that's normal to be off schedule for a while, i was for my first year and now i can rely on when it's coming.
