The wifi I'm on blocks P2P programs and the downloading of torrents. There are things from both I would like to get. I've tried proxy downloading of torrents, but even if I get the tracker I can't actually download the file. I'm mainly wondering if there is a way I can have the torrent downloaded on a remote server then download the file strait to my computer. So if there is any way to download torrent files without actually using a tracker, etc then that'd be cool. I don't have another server to use to make any of this happen, so if that's the way to go I'll also need to know a web server somewhere that would offer this sort of service. I have a feeling that this just isn't possible, but if it is then that would be awesome.

Edit:
I am not an employee of the network I am on.
Get past the fact that illegal downloads are possible through torrents and P2P. There are also legal things that are very convienent to download through torrents. That's mainly what I'm looking for.

Just forget it and download iTunes. Songs are only 99 cents a pop. It's not going to hurt you to pay 15 bucks for 15 songs.

Ask your IT guys. They have P2P and bittorrent blocked FOR A REASON!
You can get fired for unauthorized downloading on a company network.
