Don't plants require Carbon Dioxide in order to convert sunlight and water into food? Then as a by product, I believe they produce Oxygen.

Oxygen.
We breathe oxygen in, and carbon dioxide out. Plants do the exact opposite. Thats why it's good to have house plants.
