SOME REMEDIES TO CURE SINUS INFECTIONS

#1. Organic Apple Cider Vinegar is our #1 favorite remedy for stopping sinus infections. We wish more people knew about this amazing home remedy for sinus infections. The idea is to take apple cider vinegar before the sinus infection occurs, which for most people is at the start of allergies, colds, flu, etc.
We have found that when apple cider vinegar is taken either as a daily tonic or at the first sign of an allergy or cold (i.e., sinus headache, stuffy nose, watery eyes), one can completely stop the histamine response or allergic reaction. If you happen to have one of the brands of ice cream mentioned above, you should also take a large dose of apple cider vinegar the moment you get home. You will NOT get a sinus infection if you drink apple cider vinegar right away!
There are a couple ways you can drink apple cider vinegar. One way is to put 1/8 to 1/4 cup ACV in 16 oz of water and sip it throughout the day. The other method is to gulp the mixture at once. If you already have a sinus infection, keep drinking a mixture of ACV and water throughout the day for several days.
Please remember -- the key to success is to use apple cider vinegar before a sinus infection appears (i.e. during the first stages of a flu or allergy attack, or after you've eaten a bowl of ice cream).
You may ask why ACV alleviate sinus congestion so quickly?
The answer is that it thins mucous almost immediately. One of the first things you will notice after drinking apple cider vinegar is that the color of your mucous goes from white or green and thick, to thin and clear. The thinning of mucous is the key to kicking your sinus infection.
Hope this helps. Goodluck!

Buy some over the counter saline nose spray and use it every 3 hours to loosen the thick infected mucus. Gently blow out as much of the discharge as possible. Us e some allergy medicine that the pharmacist recommends and see if you begin to feel better. If you start getting fever or chills you will have to go see the doctor for antibiotics or referal to an ENT doctor .Chronic sinusitis can be caused by narrowing and scaring of the sinus passages, cysts, polyps etc and sometimes has to be surgically dealt with. it can become dangerous however so if you don't get relief after a few weeks go see the doctor.

Sinus Infection Diagnosis
The diagnosis of a sinus infection is made based on a medical history assessment and a physical examination. Adequately distinguishing sinusitis from a simple upper respiratory infection or a common cold is important.
Sinusitis caused by bacteria usually requires antibiotics for treatment. Sinusitis can also be caused by viruses (meaning antibiotics would not help). Upper respiratory infections and colds are viral illnesses. Over-treating viral infections with antibiotics can be dangerous and can cause antibiotic resistance to occur.

The key word is infection yes so you need something that actually kills infection .. Gargle with hydrogen peroxide 3 to 4 times a day and rinse your mouth well. It's also very foolish to try to cure any infection on your own and with and with any infection you should go to the doctor right away .

The key word in your question is "infection". If it's bacterial, you may need a doctor to give you an antibiotic to effect the "cure" that you are seeking. So I guess my answer is that you can't. Without medical treatment, you are limited to trying to give yourself palliative care which may relieve your symptoms but won't necessarily cure the infection. Quite frankly, a genuine sinus infection ought to be treated and not ignored.

Lucky you...I'm an expert. You can get better quicker by getting lots of rest, drink plenty of fluids and take aspirin (or whatever you take for fever). If your sinus drainage is yellow, you do not need a doctor. If it is green, you have a secondary infection and then you MUST go to the doctor.

I will try to keep it simple. Your metabolism is basically the rate at which your body burns calories to create energy. So the faster your metabolism, the faster you burn calories and the easier it is to lose unwanted weight. To boost your metabolism naturally you just need to eat the right foods.
You can sit down and literally eat a 1,000-calorie dinner and yet be absolutely starving just a few hours later and the reason is simple: Because your body didnt get what it needed in those 1,000 calories so it sends signals to your brain telling you to ingest more calories and thus, the late-night cravings. That means that the surest way to end those late-night cravings and keep your weight loss goals on track is to eat a more balanced, nutritious diet that actually gives your body what it needs.
It's VERY EASY to lose weight if you eat the right foods. Check out this video here: http://www.sexyjese.com - it will blow your mind.
