How can i get prevent body acne?

4.wash your clothes and bed sheets regularly use detergent with less perfume like use DREFT, Ivory washing detergent
5.bathe with aveeno, ivory plain white soap, or dial antibacterial soap
6. change your diet it could be something in your diet that is making you break out

You cant really prevent this but you can do some things do help prevent this from happening to much.
1.Always wear your hair up off of your neck.
2.Use a body scrub that exfoliates the skin.
