of course a good diet would help, but working out helps. for a nice looking stomach, you can do crunches (all kinds such as all the way up, pointing elbows to a knee, up high enough to lift the neck and hold) also leg lifts (never touching the ground. hold above the ground for a number of seconds, then all the way up while keeping the knees straight) repetition is up to you. Thighs, lunges, squats and many more.
The easiest way is to play sports that involve using these workouts. i play badminton, basketball, rock climb, and run.

Flat stomach---through exercise.
I think you've got to have the right genes to get a big butt and curvy thighs.

um you can do those donkey kick things to build up your booty muscles(get on your hands and knees and kick your left leg all the way out[like a donkey would.lol]and then stretch it up, put it back down and do the other leg....and so on...probably do like 20 times on each leg every other day) also LOTS of squats and lunges for the butt!

do lots of crunches for your stomache, I have an AB BALL and it is amazing, makes doing situps and crunchs easier for me becuase it hurts my back when I do them on the floor.

and as far as your thighs go I think you should start doing pilates! I did and to be honest it has also helped me to shrink my waiste too. and it's fun, the time goes by very quickly, to me it doesnt feel like excersize.

i regret having all of that. i like my flat stomach, but having a big butt is not all that great and if you get curvy thighs, everywhere you go you will eventually start to feel subconscious.

excersize!!!! i'ts the only thing oh and eat healthy. Don't get plastic surgery.

exercise and proper nutrition...no plastic surgery...do it the natural way...no diet pills either.
