Ariats boots run very real to length- so get inspite of length you commonly placed on in regularly happening footwear. I have discovered this to be real with diverse driving boots as well, compared to cycling footwear the area i would like a 40-one (8 a million/2) when I many times take a 9-10!

im a four - not as small as you but nonetheless small. ive always looked in the kids section cos they are cheaper and sometimes more trendier. the other day i went into the little boys department and found a four. they had funny bumps on the soles for some reason (my friends says they must be for climbing trees lol - im 43 im not gonna do that) and they are the most comfortablist shoes ive ever worn in my entire life - im not kidding. i think they make them wider but who knows they are so nice and comfortable. im always gonna buy little boys shoes now.

Barratts shoes do a size 2 and I think New Look do.But I would buy kids shoes, you can still get stylish shoes if you choose trendy teenage shops

Their used to be a shop called Saxon's, that catered for small-large sizes. They then merged with Lilly & Skinner. So if you have aLilly & Skinner in your home town , you cant go wrong.
Failing that i know their is one in Oxford Street, London but you probabley live no where near the capital.

Being serious here, i think childrens shoes are quite fashionable at the moment. I'm always moaning about little girls wearing short skirts and kinky boots - and society wonders why the paedos are always looking at them!!! They are dressed like little adults!

I believe long skirts are excellent, you're protected up with no restrictions of jeans.
