First Unplug the Wire underneath your seat.. you will have to unbolt the seat at the rear and tip the seat forward..there are no bolts on the front.. you need to put a brace to hold it up ...This is a heavy seat be careful..also be careful to get the right plug, so you dont unplug the power seat adj. wires.. you'll need a test light. the motor must be running for the power to come on make sure you have power there.. if you do you more than likely need a new heat unit... if no power , check fuse and relay , also the switch... I went thru this on mine didnt find anything wrong .. I put it back together... now it works... It must have been a bad contact at the plug...... I hope this helps you... Good Luck

GM's have a lot of trouble with the heated seats. It could be a lot of different things. Check the fuse and if that is not it, take it to the dealer. If you own an 03 Cadillac, you should be able to afford to repair it.

Check your fuses and wire plug under the seat :) A lot of times if you put things under your seat it will unplug the wire if its for the power seat or heating of the seat. You might not have to take the seat out, I would see if you can get it withtout taking the seat out first before you start taking your car apart :)

There are fuses lower than the hood I beleive for it, yet shouldn't turn on the button if it develop into blown. free wire lower than the seat might want to correctly be some thing even with the indisputable fact that that's gonna value to have it regarded at...because it possibly a damaged component in the heating pad for the seat if I keep in mind the layout
