I havent watched it for years but i caught a little of it the other day at the clinic and am lost. Johnny and Lizzy are having a baby but he is on love with Tammy? im guessing that Lizzie is Phillip and Beth's daughter and Johnny is Reva's son but who is Tammy? any other info on the happenings of the show that can catch me up a little.. Where is Reva and whats up with the guy that looks just like Richard that died?

Reva has cancer, she is going to die, she ia engaged to Josh's brother. Tammy is Reva's niece, cassie is tammy's mother. Cassie and Josh, Reva's ex husband are dating. Rick is sleeping with Beth, the guy that looks like Richard's name is Jefferry, he is the district attorney, he had a face transplant to look like Richard.
