I would say:
Beverly Hills
New York (specifically the ritzy areas like Manhattan)
La Jolla, CA
Laguna Beach, CA (hey the kids drive Ranges!!! and BMW)
San Clemente, CA
typically all of the coastal areas are pretty rich/ritzy...and so are the very metropolitan towns.
