Sometimes we forget to ask people if they want help or what kind of help they may need. We assume certain people need our saving if they do not meet our values or 'expectations'. We also assume we know what people need instead of asking what they need.
Do not stop helping people, continue being kind!

Sounds like they are not very appreciative of your helping skills so try helping more appreciative people...like me!

First of all, who are you helping. I help others too and sometimes they are mean becuase they didn't ask for help. So, don't help people unless they are asking for your help.

never stop being yourself...there will aways be a jerk lurking around no matter what!! Just concentrate on the people who appreciate you...
