Ring out the old, ring in the new, we'd like to spend New Year's Eve with you. Starting at 7 and going 'til late, we'll have appetizers to fill your plate. Very informal, no need to "dress," your kids can wear PJs, so don't you stress. Kids can have naps or can watch TV, Also some stuff that they will call "Munchy." Come and make merry, have a few drinks, and who gives a hoot what anyone thinks? .

Why can't people who want help, give a little more information???
Like the persons name, the state they live in , family members first names, how long he was away..I can help you a lot But I need info to do it.......I can come up with a poem, ideas for banners,etc.......SO Welcome Home Party for.(.name)
