Does sex and becoming parents make people evil or good.
I heard having children is selfish.
I heard in horror movies the virgin never dies.

There are considerable psychological reasons why someone could be evil or commit evil acts. For instance, if a person is a sociopath, they are almost born for some type of possible evil. So, it depends upon your definition of evil - but in this sense, I would say that some are born evil, but there certainly is a lot of gray area. Is everyone born with evil tendencies, I would say no.

I don't necessarily think people are born evil (innocent yes). I believe that given the right nurturing the good can be brought out but then there are the ones who seemed evil at the start. Good question, Pastors kids sometimes turn out awful and then a drug addicts kid turns into the best kind of person. It is up to the individual I would think.
Not factoring in the mentally ill of course.

I believe that people are born innocent. Innocence at birth does not mean that the propensity for wrong-doing isn't there. The Bible says that we are born with a sin nature because of the sin of the first people on earth, Adam and Eve. This propensity to sin has been passed down to each generation.
However, I don't believe a child is held accountable for his or her actions in the sight of God until he or she has reached the age of accountability, which is usually around 12 or 13.

You are talking about Nature verses Nurture.
I honestly believe personality is in the genes.
I have seen shows where identical twins were separated and raised by adoptive families but had the same personality almost exactly alike.
Only the same genetics could be the reason.
Also children of the same parents but totally opposite personalities again only genetics is the reason.

good question.
bible says we are all born into evil. but when youre a kid and you do things that would be "evil" for an adult person you dont really realize how wrong what you are doing is. you only realize it as you become more mature. ...and so i guess the answer there is that we are born evil but as we grow older we get a better understanding of what is good and evil.

People are born innocent, As we go through life our experiences help us choose good/evil, unless of course we prescribe to a certain sect or religion these too can be deciding factors

Being evil is a learned behavior. If you're only exposed to people doing evil things then you will follow suit and think you're normal.

Sit back one day and watch a child eat an ice cream cone..... Notice the pure.. real true joy they have from that simple act. Then ask yourself the same question
