Back in those days.....when i was pregnant with my son i smoked til i was about 10 wks. He is absolutely perfect. There is side-effects to it but, most doctors will say as long as you wuit a month before delivery the baby will not have any withdraws....technically would have already gone through withdraws in utero. But, i know my cousins' baby her head formed in an odd shape...and her son has an indention in his butt cheek. Other than that They are totally fine.

smoking just increases the chances of birth defects, the more you smoke the more the risk, but of course theres still a possibility you can smoke throughout the entire pregnancy and everything will be fine with your child, of course its almost impossible

a one time screw up won't hurt the baby....it's the long term effects that will....JUST DON'T DO IT ANYMORE.
