is a 1985 to a 1989 Toyota Cresinda a good deal???

It needs new tires/winshield/ the things that don't work sometimes the brake lights don't work sometimes and the power lockes never work. The Car has 300,000KM on it aand has a big oil leak wich is like a $1000 job to get fixed plus all the other stuff that has to be fixed. Is $400 a good deal for this car???????????

Most of the time anything that runs will get at least a few hundred dollars, so I'd say so.
