I am sorry you feel this way, however your not alone, I dont scrath myself, But I tend to eat until I almost puke, I often talk about driving off a bridge or how the best way would be to do it, so no others get hurt,

I get so stressed about Money, life and happiness that I tend to make myself sick, The only thing I would want to do is feel like running away. I have yet to find a cure, But music helps me, or going online and reading what is more worse in the world then my stupid petty stuff.

I wish I could help you, Cant tell you something if i don't bellieve it myself. God bless

I don't know how old you are, but it sounds like you definately need to talk to someone. You say that you have a happy life, and its good that you acknowledge that, but it is not always all there is to being happy. In depression, hormonal and signalling in your brain makes you feel this way, so no matter how greatful people tell you you should be, it won't help. Have a quiet word with your parents, or if you don't feel you can talk to them, a trusted teacher or better still if you can get there, your doctor.

If you are a teen, this is very common. Your brain is going through an absolute whirlwind of changes (it physically changes in puberty) These changes are often associated with depression, anxiety and just generally feeling completely out of control of your life. And it is likely that you will come out the other end wondering why exactly you had these thoughts. (I know I went through the same at puberty, now I don't really understand how I could have felt that way, but I did and it was very real!) But still, get this out in the open. Chin up, you'll get out of it.

Please, please, please.
Get some professional help. A therapist. A psychiatrist.

Feeling this low is so-o-o painful and hopeless.

But, you can and will get through this.

I'm very happy to hear you have a secure home and good family.

Now is the time to "fall back" on them.

You deserve to feel better... and you will.

Call your doctor, or ask your family to call. Do it now.
Just taking the first step will make you feel better.

Good luck!!

First it doesn't sound stupid I feel the same way some times. The reason your feel like that is because you hurt. The reason you hurt your self physically is because it doesn't hurt as bad as it does on the inside and you can focus on the physical pain and try to ignore the inside pain. I would like to help you and talk to you more if you would like to email me. I will try to email you.

Hey, I guess it's life. Because i also feel depressed at time, and believe me it's hard, i KNOW. and what i would normally do is do something to keep busy, or something fun, it will take your mind off things. What is normally beat is that you take a deep breath, and think about all the good thing in your life.

all i can tell you is that you need to pray you shouldn't think of things like that especially about yourself God put you on this earth for a reason we may not know what it is but we all have a divine purpose. what are you going through that makes you feel that way?? don't give up on yourself cause i'm not going to give up on you. what does your partner say about this. do you have any kids?
