If your talking about a necklace, the one I have is for evening events, It is all rhinestone.
But, I also have a cameo pin that I attach to ribbon Velvet, or cloth and make my own,in the back of the ribbon I attach Velcro to keep it together,It works great.

Sometimes. I have several that are black velvet with cameos. Others are beaded in various fashion. Some are of sea shells and some are rather Victorian.
Are you needing advice on when to wear one and what outfit might accent a choker necklace? If so, please add details such as color, formal, or informal....etc....

Choker?..........i have a couple but havent worn them in a long time....my favorite was black leather with a little skull on it....
