Let's see. I pay $25.00 a month for my server. I pay $8.00 a month for my checkout, and a percentage of sales from my credit card company. The programs I used cost me $150.00, and since I do it myself, my time is free. I paid $15.00 to register my domain name. My internet bill is $50.00 a month.
You do the math. I need to get back to work.

You would be much better off having someone host it for you. A good outfit is www.godaddy.com. They are very reasonable and have all the goodies available. I would recommend a Content Management System. Fairly easy to install, easy to use and above all FREE. There are loads of free web scripts available. Check out www.hotscripts.com. I have tried many of the open source CMS scripts and am running joomla on three sites. You can get it at www.joomla.org. Hope this helps. The expense of all this would be about $10.00/Month and a little time on someones part.
