Let me think
Orkney
Shetland
Ireland (North and South)
Skye
Mull
Harris
Arran
Isle of White
Scilly Isles
The United Kingdom (i.e. Scotland, Wales and England)
I do not know if the Channel Islands count or the Isle of Man but I do not think they do.
I am sure there are dozens of little islands that count of part of the British Isles too but they are too many to mention so from above I count 10.

There's no precise answer to this because it depends on whether you call an uninhabited little rock an 'island'.
The main islands are Britain and Ireland. Other major islands are the Isle of Man, the Isle of Wight and Anglesey. There are also smaller islands off England, like the Scillies, Lundy and Lindisfarne. I don't think the Channel Islands count as part of the British Isles.
But the big additions to the total come from the island groups off Scotland: the Hebrides, Orkneys and Shetlands.

There is more than 6,000 islands, amounting to a total land area of 315,134 km² (121,674 sq. miles) in the British Isles it is not known the specific number as some sink lol. The islands are largely low lying and fertile, though with significant mountainous areas in Ireland, Scotland, Wales, and the north of England. The regional geology is complex, formed by the drifting together of separate regions and shaped by glaciation. hope this helps ya!
