Tights. Giant sunglasses. Ugg boots. (I'm sorry, but they are hideous... just because Sienna Miller wears them doesn't make them hot).
Puffy dresses(see Bjork's swan dress and Paris Hilton's peacock dress). Lacy, high-collar tops (see Katie Holmes).
Lately a lot of people are looking like they stepped right out of the eighties.

peroxide blond.
fake tanning that turns their skin orange (i mean, they live in LA...can't be that hard to get a real tan!!!!)
Paying too much for clothes they could get at old navy (i mean, I know they're rich, but still...save some for the inheritance...)
