I was under the impression we are allies. Thats why we have forces fighting , getting wounded and dying in Afghanistan. I assumed the 5 Canadians killed and 39 wounded by your pilots were accidents. I'm beginning to wonder was that "Friendly Fire" really "Friendly"?
Just say the word ,and we can be out of there in no time.

Yo calm down Brainy!

Haven't you noticed? Between intelligent people who use Yahoo Answers in the manner it was intended, there's a lot of idiots posting stuff on here putting everyone down!
Some people enter questions that aren't even questions just so they can anger people. I think they just want to see how many people report them.

Don't worry about it! I'd like for all of us to get along better too.

PS I love your food.... have a butter tart for me ok?

What are you trying to say by questioning "friendly"? Are you actually accusing an American fighting force of intentionally killing Canadians? What a load of crap! I've never met any American that hates Canadians or that has even joked about them. I would bet that you're basing your assumption on the jokes made on late night t.v. shows and barely anything else. I have absolutely no gripe with any Canadian in any way. That's good considering I live only a few hours away. We're practically neighbors.

Canada isn't terribly bad. They do harbor more radical Islamists that I'd prefer them to, but whatever.

Other than the usual poking fun, there isn't much anti-Canada sentiment anywhere here or in public. If you'd like to pull out your forces, fine. America will still be there to save your *ss if your country does. I think your country is better than that, though.

I'd say that anti-Americanism is a much bigger problem here (and everywhere, really) than any anti-Canada sentiment. That comes with the territory of being the biggest, most powerful, and (i dare say it) best country.

A lot of people apparently listen to that nitwit Bill O'Reilly. He constantly slams Canada.

there are always going to be people puitting somone down and canada just happened to be in their sights at this time. I think they are following their leader's example of running the mouth without starting the brain.

relative to population or wealth the Canadian commitment is tiny compared to the US commitment

and the reason i think you deserve a BIT of criticism is your government that constantly criticizes the US while basking in the military protection that our proximity provides you ( you are not a Mexico tho )
