i don"t want people e-mailing me only friends and family

you could just make a new one and never go back to the one you have. And It'll automatically delete after a year or so.

i think most email have settings where you can choose certain email addresses you want to recieve email from only, from people you know, then block all others.

make a new email address thats all u can do u cant change it sry
