I recently noticed my friend has one earring on his left ear. Does that mean what i think it does?????

Not necessarily. A deacon at my church wears one, and is a straight, married grandfather.

A few centuries ago a gold ring through the right ear meant you had crossed the Med on a sailing ship, does that help?

They are supposecd to have it on the left ear. On the right ear its gay...or maybe its the opposite around. I dunno really but i do know that there is a specific ear that the earin is supposed to go on when it comes to putting an earing on a male. (lots of words, probably doesnt make sense lol)

thats funny cause i see alot of guys with them in both ears.... does that mean they are bisexual?
lets get real an earing aint gonna make or say anyone is gay. the type of earing might give a clue but not just having one.

Probably not anymore. Left ear rings and handkerchiefs in which pocket and which color is kinda 70's. I read there is some resurgence in San Francisco lately with the hankys.
I got my left ear pierced in 1976 and I am not gay.
However a gay friend of mine did the piercing ... wait .... The Bastard!!! Argh!

Not unless I missed the time warp and we're back in the '80s. Earrings really don't mean anything anymore. If someone doesn't tell you, there's really no way to know.

years ago, left ear meant MAN, right ear Queer. Nowadays, I don't think it matters,unless they only wear one in the right ear
